It is our responsibility to clean up after ourselves. Make them a democracy...that is not up to me. That should be left up to the people of Iraq.

When I said clean up after ourselves, I meant rebuild. It was the part about making them a democracy that I had reservations about! :)

I voted "Not Sure" because it depends on how you define nation building. I agree with the statement below.
