I haven't gotten a chance to look much into the KS-MO, but just took a peek at GFS MOS...1.6" pcp for Topeka...mostly snow but mixing with sleet at times, probably 10 to 14 inches.
Kansas City, 1.4" pcp, mostly snow but mixing with sleet at times as well. probably 8-12 inches.
totals are based on if the MOS is right, and this could be one of the best snow storms in a while for this region!!!
