Boy, the weathe rchannle was dead wrong today, not that I'm surprised, it's been snowing all day here. There's a dusting on the ground. It's currently snowing here. It's 23 outside and it probable won't change over.

Tell us something we dont already know about twc. Hopefully this will keep us from having to see anymore lame arse weather channel threads which imo only take up valuable space on the board. Enjoy your snow 1evans.

Not likely at that temp, unless you see rising temps overnight like we did here in Northern KY last night, got up to the 40s and has fallen to the lower 20s since!

I do not know where you guys are getting your snow total predictions, but I just saw on Channel 10 that we are in the 2-4 inch range, and points south are less......6-12 in C NJ, don't think that will happen.....

this is the way I see it: Right now it's light snowing at 24 degrees. Now it's 30-34 into south NJ, whether those temps make it up this far is yet to be seen. I's very cold outside so I see it being all snow w/ very little mixing. My forecast is about 8-12. This of coarse, all hinges upon those temps staying down to the south and the mid level temps stay below freezing. Just the way I view it. We will have to see what the NY stations say at 5:00PM. I think my school will be closed tomorrow. It will all stay frozen precip so if it does not all snow than we get the dreaded freezing rain.

Thanks

Yea, I know, fox (Rob Guarino) is pretty decent though, I think they had us around 3-6 inches this morning, I hope we do get 8-12 inches in C NJ. Right now it is about 23 degrees and a light mist coming down....still plenty of winter left though should we miss out on this storm.... :)

really a mist, here in Brick there is moderate snow comming down and it looks like the freezing line won't make it past central ocean county, so 8-12 for points north of there looks good.
