Sorry to those up North expecting 1 to 2 feet, this storm lacks the punch and the moisture.
Hopefully we get a chance in the weeks to come.

The snow in Western and Central Penn is slowly advancing east and growing. This is the energy that will come to the coastal system tonight and get it really going. Unfortuately it's greatest punch will be more for areas in Extreme Southern New England and maybe SE New York State too. There can still be more than a foot in those places, but perhaps moving to fast for 2 feet.

Cutting back
Local statement just came out (3pm) and they are trimming back amounts mainly Boston north. Slightly further track south the reason. Looking at 3-6 Boston area with 4-8 south of the city. Maybe some help from the "fluff factor" will increase amounts somewhat. It was interesting watching local mets, you could tell they wanted to trim amounts but only a couple really cut their amounts(covering your butt
