New to the board.....

#1 Postby weathernhockey » Mon Jan 26, 2004 9:31 pm

I am new to the board, have been reading it for about a month or so, very informative reading material. I am far from a pro, trying to learn how to read the GFS, ETS, etc.... but I do enjoy all kinds of weather, especially winter weather. I have been too WWBB as well, but too much crap goes on there...what ever happened to their message board? I live in central Jersey, have all my life....so I have seen BIG SNOWS in my time..... :)

Welcome. I just joined about a week ago and I love it. I live right up from you on route one in Metuchen. My friend in Princeton said he got about 3" of snow this morning - pretty steep gradient of snowfall, as we only got an inch about 30 miles NW of you and in Rahway, where I work, which is about 10 miles north of Metuchen, there was less than 1/2".

I asked elsewhere and got no answer: what is the WWBB and do you have a link? (is it the ne.weather usenet group?)
