What is Upton waiting for?
I dont know if anyone's mentioned it, but should they be waiting so long before pulling the trigger? Even if the 18z ETA is right, and NYC area and northern suburbs especially ONLY gets 1.25" qpf, with so much model consensus for an easy 6 plus, are they Really this gunshy? I think they need to grow a pair already
