OUCH. Looks bad for SC, and probably eventually for parts of NC.

Up to 0.25" accumulation/hour, that's a LOT of ice.

Lancaster CO, SC is already reporting 1/2 inch of ice...with much more to come.

It is looking more and more likely that the Triangle area is going to see SIGNIFICANT ICE this afternoon. It is not warming up here one bit
