the nws mt. holly is reissuing the winter storm waring for philly, they say after the latest eta with nearly .5qpf in philly, they have to issue warning again.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOUNT HOLLY NJ
1000 PM EST SUN JAN 25 2004
AFTER LOOKING AT THE LATEST ETA RUN WHICH NOW HAS NEARLY .5 QPF AT PHL AND THE TREND OF A WETTER SOLN ON THE LATEST RUC WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO WINT STORM WRNGS IN THE PHL METRO AREA AND ADDING ADVY TO SOME OF OUR NRN CTYS. IN ADTN THE QPF FOR THE ETA SUGG WE MIGHT HAVE TO EXTEND THIS WRNG FOR MON NGT AS ANOTHER SHOT OF FREEZING PCPN MAY PUT DOWN 1/4" ICE. WILL ADDRESS THIS OVRNGT.
