Mid-Atlantic folks...leading edge of dry wedge making it into Extreme SW VA and western NC. I do ***not*** believe high end of forecast totals (+8") will be realized here.

Currently there are widespread 2-4" totals here... this means 5-8" probably will be common with few (if any) totals much above 8".

I'm walking the plank here, but we'll see. :eek:
