exactly and well said too. the GFS was the last to pick up on the precip making it further north last weekend.

Notice the 12Z GFS run.  Actually comes out with a low to the west of the NY Metro area, and one to the east.  I think everyone will see some snow out of this situation from Connecticut south.  Cold is winning out, so I think Mix/changeover will be the exception.  If I'm in the midatlantic or NE I'd be smiling 
  Next few weeks will bring good things.  Still waiting for snow in Palm Bay
