Yep, I have at least an inch of snow crusted snow just like king of weather. Snow, warm, freezing rain and more snow - that's been the pattern here. Speaking of Heating and Cooling, Hey King, I have a customer in your area. Do you make ductwork???

4 inches on the ground (on average...wind has blown areas clean and it is a foot deep in others) near Burlington, Vermont.

I was just down in Albany, NY and there was around 3 inches of packed ice on the ground.

Hard question to answer, really. We got 6" of extremely fluffy snow last Thursday that obviously didn't melt much in the deep freeze through Saturday (maybe lost 1"). Then, we got 1" snow overnight Saturday, followed by freezing rain, then rain (estimate 0.25" rain), then about 2" of heavy, wet snow on Sunday afternoon. So last night it was all kind of mixed together into a slushy mess - great for a snowman, which I made on our lawy - and then when the temps plummeted to 20F overnight, we woke up to a hard, frozen mass about 3-4" thick in most spots, very little of which melted today. If you didn't shovel by 8 pm last night, you better have salt.

You have to quit complaining that it's a bad winter. You have 7 inches on the ground and it's been relatively cold there. Would you rather have a 01-02 again? You can't have a 02-03 winter every time, it's rare as hell.
