Pics from Dec 7th and 15th (Atlantic Canada)

#1 Postby BritBob » Sun Jan 18, 2004 12:11 pm

Haven`t been on here for a while

Just thought some may be interested of some snaps I took back in December of the two Nor`Easters that hit the Maritimes.

Sadly the quality lacks a little as the camera was an old Kodak, which has since been replaced but they still capture that `live moment`...

and a few more in the gallery sections :)

It has enough quality to make me remember why I really shouldn't complain about my lack of snow!!!! Beautiful, but not something I would like to deal with for several months out of the year!!

Come back and see us on a regular basis BritBob. You're the only reporter we have from that area.

I would like to spend an entire winter in Atlantic Canada!!!! I want to stay where the most snow falls and where the winds get in excess of hurricane force!!! I would be out there conducting jebwalks and enjoying the refreshing cold and admiring the drifts and plowed piles of snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THAT is what life is all about in my book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Probably have a few more images on the gallery this week, as another system is steaming in to the Maritimes tonight, bringing a possible foot of the white stuff to the favoured places.

Bob,

Wonderful photos! Atlantic Canada is truly beautiful all seasons. I look forward to seeing the new photos from the forthcoming storm.
