I think NWS ALB is making a big mistake without issuing an WWA but I'd suspect they might put one up for the southern counties bordering OKX's CWA later this evening. I don't think it is out of the question for some of OKX's northern most zones to verify with warnings, but I dont think the risk is there enough for a warning...but at least up the amounts from 2-4 inches to 3-6 locally higher. NWS BOS might need to consider upping amounts to the 3-6 range as well at least in the southeastern 2/3rds of their CWA. If the 18z ETA is correct, than warnings should be up for most of the OKX and BOS CWA with advisories in the GYX zones.
This should be a fun little system....
OKX, ALB, BOS asleep at the wheel?
