I am glad this is a friendly board. I am new to the weather game and I joined another board. It seems that they are not very interested in speaking with the novice. I have been insulted on numerous occasions. Doesn't really bother me, but it is ashame people have to be that way. The are so worried about "weenies". Why don't they relax and enjoy the board.

Not only is this a friendly weather board, it is a nice place to learn about the weather. These folks here will go out of their way to teach you all they know about the weather. They like novices a lot. :) I am a novice myself lol. Just because you and I are weather novices, they will not mess with you; rather, they are friendly and they will teach you a great deal. I have a lot to learn about weather, and they are teaching me a lot. I think I've learned more here in a year than I ever learned in college.
