Watches/Warnings

so we know that it is going to snow, most likely greater than 5 inches, when will the watches and warnings come out?

Probably either the Wednesday morning shift or the Wednesday afternoon shift...at the EARLIEST tomorrow afternoon but I highly doubt that.
