A Fine Mid January for D/FW

Today: Increasing clouds, with a high near 64. South wind between 11 and 16 mph.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49. South wind between 8 and 14 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high around 64. South southwest wind around 9 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low near 49. South wind around 7 mph.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy, with a high around 65. South southwest wind around 6 mph becoming west northwest.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 34. North northwest wind between 6 and 14 mph.

Thursday: Partly cloudy, with a high near 53. East northeast wind between 13 and 15 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. East southeast wind around 11 mph.

Friday: A slight chance for rain. Chance for precipitation is 20%. Mostly cloudy, with a high around 53. East southeast wind between 11 and 13 mph.

Friday Night: A slight chance for rain. Chance for precipitation is 20%. Mostly cloudy, with a low near 35.

Saturday: A slight chance for rain. Chance for precipitation is 20%. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 47.

Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 34.

Sunday: Partly cloudy, with a high around 45.

easy fella, easy .... it very well may be on its way for this coming weekend.

NWS has been pretty lousy at nailing down 3-5 day forecasts that deal with arctic airmasses. That being said, at least your folks in Fort Worth seem to be better at it than most in Texas. Their at least looking at computer modeling besides the GFS based on their forecast discussions.

Any forecasts under my name are to be taken with a grain of salt. Get your best forecasts from the National Weather Service and National Hurricane Center.
