Okay folks I owe you an Apology....

#1 Postby Anonymous » Tue Jan 06, 2004 4:09 pm

I apologize for being an *ss.

I obviously do not know a thing about weather.

However, thats no excuse for me.

Even if we do not get snow or somehow it stays in the 30s for highs in Woodbridge this winter, I will try to keep my ridiculous posts under better control.

I apologize to everyone on this board who is a member and to all visitors.

I apologize to all the forecasters and professionals here who tried to teach me about the upcoming pattern.

I am not apologizing because it may be turning a little colder in N VA; rather, I apologize to all because I have been an #ss and I am sorry.

I deserve 55 degrees all winter and no snow.

This post is not meant to be a cry in my soup about my weather. It's meant to be a serious apology to all here at S2K.

Perhaps I do need a serious headcheck.

Sincerely,
JEB

Well maybe 33 and rain would do better! LOL seriously.... all kidding aside, thanks for stepping up and apologizing. I too apoligize and my post was not intended to call you out personally but for those who did not see the pattern change when it was right under there nose. Jeb, that front the other day could be called nothing more then a regular front, sure it stopped temps from rising but your real arctic front blasted through furiously today. Wind chills are down around 0 even down into the mid atlantic with temps stumbling back into the 20's and teens for even the midatlantic. White out snows were reported in many areas acrossed the NE today with even a mesoscale low developing in western NY, with 1" per 10 minute rates. Snows along the front blasted all the way to the coast today, nothing big for the most part but nice to see the flakes flying again here today for sure. Keep reading posts and keep a positive attitude and make an effort to learn and you will catch on man.

Jeb... I, too, enjoy your enthusiasm. Just try not let it get best to you. :)

Jeb, thanks for the apology. We ALL get enthusiastic at times and even overly so about some weather events. If we ever get snow here in Houston the shoe will probably be on the other foot for most of us "deep southers"!!!LOLOL!!!! Keep your enthusiasm, use the good knowledge you already have and add to it and it will all come together. We all can still learn something about the weather, even the professionals we are so lucky to have here at S2K.
