New York's Time Sqaure Scene of Tragedy...

#1 Postby wx247 » Sun Mar 09, 2003 9:29 am

New York - EIGHT PEOPLE WERE SHOT AND SIX OTHERS WERE TRAMPLED AND/OR STABBED AT A TIME'S SQAURE ARCADE EARLY THIS MORNING.

Two of the shooting victims were listed in critical condition, said Sgt. Dennis Ferber, a police spokesman.

Three people were hospitalized for stab wounds, and three others were injured when they were trampled inside the arcade, police said. Their conditions were not immediately known, but police said their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.

Ferber said the fight broke out around on the second floor of Broadway City Arcade in Times Square, a busy tourist area.

Authorities discovered the victims after responding to reports of a fight inside the arcade. The cause of the dispute was under investigation.

A man who answered the phone at the arcade early Sunday identified himself as an employee and refused to comment.

The victims were being treated at local hospitals.

Especially coming from an Arcade. What in the hell do they think life is? One big game that there's no consequences like in a video game. Hopefully, these people will have punishment justified to the severity of their actions. Like Rob said, this crap has gotta come to an end!.

Watch this come to the attention of Congress, laws and resolutions proposed to extend a Federal watchdog agency to oversee all clubs and night spots, with the habitually-liberal cities getting the "big bucks" to stop this "epidemic"...thus ensuring support and VOTES in the coming elections.
