low in the atlantic

While looking impressive..the low in the central Atlantic is not a tropical entity. It is basically a swirl of low clouds with some convection to the SE of the center. I dont believe SST's or other conditions support even subtropical development but since it appears to have been cut off from its parent frontal system it will need to be watched.
