...EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO LATE

I think NPWs are "crawled", so more than likely. Thank goodness for the "TEST...TEST...TEST" line or people might be calling their psyhiatrists for assistance.
