Might actually be the finale for the 2003 season. The entire Atlatic basin looks very unthreatening today and after all, it's past time to wind it up. Anyone agree?

Dixie as I said last night at my thread the caribbean wont form a tropical cyclone Period.With Peter we closed the long 2003 extended season and now let's see when Alex will form in 2004.

Who gets to rest? Winter forecasts to do(or start doing), models to check, outlooks for the next season to contemplate. No rest for the weather addict.

No rest here. If anything, now that there are no more storms, the real work begins. 5 months of data analysis and number crunching ahead, along with 1,000 line computer programming and vortex relocation in computer simulations
