THIS MIGHT BE IT FOLKS!..........
Might actually be the finale for the 2003 season. The entire Atlatic basin looks very unthreatening today and after all, it's past time to wind it up. Anyone agree?

Dixie as I said last night at my thread the caribbean wont form a tropical cyclone Period.With Peter we closed the long 2003 extended season and now let's see when Alex will form in 2004.
