Tropical Cyclone TC20S (Graham) has developed off the NW coast of Australia. It is located 170 NE of Port Hedland with winds of 30kt and is
moving ESE at 4kt. The satellite imagery shows the system is still consolidating and has good poleward outflow. However, proximity to land will inhibit development. The storm is expected to peak at 40kt before making landfall in about 22 hours after which it will weaken.
