Just curious, how many here make candy and bake cookies etc for Christmas gifts? As a tradition, I'm doing my Caramel Corn of course, Michelle's doing her fudge, truffels and thousands of sugar and gingerbread men cookies.

It's just not xmas unless I make Spritz cookies with my cookie press. That almond flavoring makes all the difference! I also have a cream cheese recipe that you make wreath cookies out of, also using the cookie press. Last xmas I tried caramel popcorn and it was a big hit. One year I made tea mix and gave that out to neighbors and teachers. So I try to mix it up each year but I always make my Spritz!

I wish I could get my baking started! I really need a few quiet days home just baking and baking.
My neighbors just might get the orange tea mix I posted the recipe for. It's easy to throw together. Just toss in some candy, tie a ribbon on the holiday gift bag and you're done. Hate doing something so easy though.....why are there not enough hours in the day? LOL
