Did the GFS or GGEM first key on this?

Which one was it? I do remember the GFS having this thing go up the coast for a number of runs before it liked the out-to-sea (out-to-lunch) solutions. The GGEM was up the coast for a good while as well..

GFS had it then let off??? Sad but this has happened more than once.
