14.2n-73.7w is the latest position which is east of the last advisory at 10 AM EST which means that the NHC guidance will have to be pushed more east at 4 PM EST.That implies that chances for Puerto Rico to have a tropical storm watch is increasing or even a warning for western Puerto Rico.
