And this came from Pittsburgh's NWS office:

Thanksgiving. Rain. Mainly in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 50s. South winds around 10 mph. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Thursday night. Rain. Lows in the upper 30s. West winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Friday. Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers. Turning colder. Morning highs in the upper 30s. West winds around 15 mph. Chance of snow 50 percent.

Friday night. Partly cloudy with a chance of snow showers. Lows in the mid 20s. Chance of snow 40 percent.

Saturday. Cloudy with a chance of morning snow showers. Highs in the upper 30s. Chance of snow 40 percent.

It sounds like a National Weather Service forecast; the second is from the Wilmington, Ohio (ILN) National Weather Service.
