Tropical Wave SSW of Baja California (40/80) (Is Invest 93E)

Well Southwest of the Baja California Peninsula:
A tropical wave located southwest of the Gulf of Tehuantepec is
producing limited shower activity. Some slow development is
possible late this week into the weekend as the system moves
westward to west-northwestward across the central part of the
eastern Pacific basin at 10 to 15 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.

limited shower activity. Some slow development is possible late
this week and into the weekend as the system moves westward to
west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph across the central part of the
eastern Pacific basin.

appear favorable for gradual development of this system toward the
end of the week, and a tropical depression could form over the
weekend while the system moves westward to west-northwestward at 10
to 15 mph across the central to western part of the eastern Pacific
basin.

south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental
conditions appear conducive for gradual development of this system,
and a tropical depression is likely to form over the weekend while
the system moves west-northwestward at around 15 mph across the
central to western part of the eastern Pacific basin.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...40 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...high...80 percent.
