A lot of these are listed as "in the wallets" - I don't see such things in the NHC archives that I can find...

Would you mind entertaining my curiosity as to what wallets you speak of? I've been trying to get some sort of missed-cyclone analysis put together.

EDIT: NEVERMIND I FOUND THEM. THIS SHOULD BE INTERESTING

Can you link me to these wallets?

I looked on the NHC site and I only find storms that are official (example: Subtropical Storm One of 1992)
