I looked at Zoom Earth and it says this has a high chance of development already.

The JTWC say models suggest this will go NW.

I don't know where did zoom earth get the information where JTWC says it's a high chance of development because on the JTWC website, they have yet to issue an advisory for 95W.

Zoom Earth cites that it got it from the JTWC. So I don’t know. Zoom Earth uses IBTRACS data for storm tracks.
