Nobody cares about this wave, :D but if it forms into a TS, it lifts the 2024 count. :D

Probably also because it's currently expected to be weak, partly due to a northerly track.

Nadine will not form from this wave.

Far Eastern Tropical Atlantic:

marginally favorable for some limited development of this system
while it moves westward or west-northwestward across the eastern
tropical Atlantic, crossing the Cabo Verde Islands on Thursday or
early Friday.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.

Another MDR storm that failed to form? This season just doesn't want to perform at all.
