Area in Eastern Atlantic

What is that? There is an evident swirl, and some convection. Is it moving northeastward, or is it stationary? By the way, here is a link.

The atlantic is filled with non-tropical low's and fronts.. nothing more.. This year is OVER!! :wink:

Agreed Rainband. Frontal troughs are dipping into the tropics now...signaling the end of a memorable season for the EC.

Yes you can take them off msbee :) .Now let's wait and see what the 2004 hurricane season will bring but we have plenty of time until the season starts.

Bahamas:

It is common in our area to leave the shutters on once you have them in place. I would have done the same thing.

Well, we didn't have them on all season and we didn't have them on all over our house
but after a couple close calls back to back this season, we put them up and decided to leave thme up until.......
and you know what, they are great for our bedrooms..keeps the sun out..we can sleep later in the morning
