I have a Tempest Weather Station by WeatherFlow. I bought it a few years ago. It has worked great. No moving parts, but still measures the full array of weather data including lightning detection. It's solar powered and has no batteries to climb up to replace. The rainfall measurements seem to be very accurate. The app is simple and works great. I would recommend it to anyone.
Will it track and store the historic weather at our house so I can see it at a glance, maybe in calendar form?
Sorry for all the questions, and I appreciate your help!
Thanks!
Yes, historic weather data can be accessed from the app. I can select data by the day, week, month, year, and all-time. I haven't researched customization in a long time, but there's an online community that discusses ways to view and manipulate the data. If you are tech savvy at all it probably isn't too hard. Otherwise the app does what I need in this regard. WeatherUnderground also has this functionality if you set up your weather station on their website.
I appreciate your help. This sounds like the unit for me.
Thanks!
