It seems she's head right for me now (sebastian) on radar it looks like a NW B-line for Indian River/ south Brevard.
It's been quite gusty, and quite a but of lightning.

Its strange that all the lightning now seems around 140 miles off shore north end of storm.

Would have expected stronger gusts thus far than what is being reported.

Still plenty of time though

Saved 3.5 hr radar loop while I took a nap, rain and wind woke me up.
About 2 hrs or so from making landfall near or just north of Port St Lucie.

Per the NHC coordinates the last couple of hours, this has moved only a little north of due west. In order for it to move more in line with the more northerly landfalling models, it would need to turn to a NW heading almost immediately.

Edit: That radar loop that NDG just posted suggests that now be happening.

Unless it's a trick of the eyes, I see a more northwest wobble the last hour.

Lots of heavy rains coming for Brevard, Orange, Seminole Counties, not good for the St John's river basin, could flood once again surrounding neighborhoods.

Lots of possible tornadic cells will be moving onshore over Brevard County during the next few hours, elevated velocity winds of 90+ mph winds on radar.

Northern eyewall is where the heaviest winds are, areas on the westward eyewall winds are not strong at all, Ft Pierce only gusting in the 30-40 mph range from the NNW telling me it will make landfall closer to Vero Beach.

Center east of Ft Pierce, definitely will be making landfall closer to Vero Beach if not closer to Sebastian Inlet.

Gust of 61mph recorded at Patrick Air Force station, just south of Cocoa Beach.

As wxman57 said, highly unlikely we will record sustained hurricane conditions on land.

I do think we will see significantly higher gusts
