area in Western Carribbean

Has anyone noticed the area off of Honduras?

It's not the same system that's flooding Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands this is just off the coast of Honduras and I got it off a sat loop http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT ... -loop.html

Several of the globals depicted this system, particularly the NOGAPS ... however, don't expect too much from that system as it is expected to move inland in the next 24 hours ...
