Thundersnow is cool. I have seen it several times, most notably during a January 1987 snowstorm when the lightning was very bright and the thunder was VERY loud. I was outside talking with a friend when it happened and it scared the life out of me!

I've heard thunder when it has been snowing...I have never seen lightning though with it. I can't wait until we get our first accumulating snow, but unfortunately, it looks like it'll be another couple weeks. :(
