Very strong winds at the coast apparently. But that's of course expected

Of course, that would be expected ... but look at the wind gusts WELL INLAND in North Central NC ... and there are 4 wind measurement that occurred before the anenometer failed ...

SF - Great info on Isabel's winds in NC. And thanks for posting the link to Isabel's advisories, Chad.

True.. the winds were whipping around the area.. Kinda interesting. Shows how much power Isabel had
