Well it was no surprise for me nor who is watching all the data closely as no clear LLC is evident only a weak one NE of Hispanola.But the system still has a chance to develop as upper winds will be somewhat favorable in the next couple of days.Recon going tommorow if needed.

I read that too, Cycloneye...now if the skies would just read that! Friends from the states have called, flipped out over the radar show. I tell them, check out this site for the tech stuff;) On Culebra it's been, since the early a.m. hard rain, just mild rain on and off. The mud is deep. A friend called me from St. Croix and told me the guts are full, Creakey Dam is overflowing and no one has ever seen this much water on STX. I can't get to work because the roads are too unstable but! the neighbors partied all day long and I got to hear them singing, so as ever in the islands, we carry on.
