A TROPICAL WAVE OVER THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA CONTINUES TO PRODUCE
CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS ACROSS MUCH OF THE LESSER ANTILLES. THIS
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD NORTHWESTWARD OVER THE NEXT COUPLE
OF DAYS. ALTHOUGH SURFACE PRESSURES ARE FAIRLY LOW OVER THE
AREA...UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT FAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE
FORMATION AT THIS TIME.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
TUESDAY.
