Hmmmph.... Cloudy here with a wedging scenario... and 64º with a stiff NE breeze ... mucho cooler than the last 10 days ...

Believe it or not.... count on me to scour and search and finally find.... a couple of record HIGHS set today sat nov 8th....
naturally...both are in balmy Florida.....
Ft Myers FL 89F tie 1986
Gainesville FL 86F tie 1986
on another note... skies are nice and generally clear here in Toronto for perfect lunar eclipse viewing .... if you don't mind the frigid conditions. Its 30F (minus 1C) now ... forecasted to fall to 18F ( minus 8C) which if that occurs will come pretty close to 1991's record for Nov 9.
In other words...it doesn't get much colder than this at this time of the year BRRRRR....

Brrrr is right Harry! I am used to the cold after living in the northeast for so many years, but getting used to the heat and humidity down here over the last 3 1/3 years.
It made it to 85° here today. Currently 73° with some passing clouds as the unfortunately, dry cold front slowly moves across the peninsula.
