I don't know what the low was, and I don't know what the high was for today either, since I was asleep during most of it, but it's already back in the upper 20's here, and I am sure it'll be another pitfall just like last night, at least the skies are clear so I can see the lunar eclipse!

Believe it or not.... count on me to scour and search and finally find.... a couple of record HIGHS set today sat nov 8th....
naturally...both are in balmy Florida.....

Ft Myers FL 89F tie 1986
Gainesville FL 86F tie 1986

on another note... skies are nice and generally clear here in Toronto for perfect lunar eclipse viewing .... if you don't mind the frigid conditions. Its 30F (minus 1C) now ... forecasted to fall to 18F ( minus 8C) which if that occurs will come pretty close to 1991's record for Nov 9.

In other words...it doesn't get much colder than this at this time of the year BRRRRR....

Brrrr is right Harry! I am used to the cold after living in the northeast for so many years, but getting used to the heat and humidity down here over the last 3 1/3 years. :)

It made it to 85° here today. Currently 73° with some passing clouds as the unfortunately, dry cold front slowly moves across the peninsula.

Well, once again I am not sure of the low, because I was working, but I didn't feel quite as cold when I left today. However, there was more frost, I actually had to scrape it off this time!
