I've always wondered why members don't visit the chatroom whenever they feel like it. Some people seem to feel they should only access the room when there is something happening weatherwise.

Dang stormraiser make me feel old - geesh what is that "I am old" LOL.....I have known Breinla-Marshall and few others since the early 1997 days of talkcity chatroom and gopbi message board.

I wish I could remember so of the folks we have lost touch with - but at my age - if i don't write it down - I don't remember it .... :-)

I accessed Storm97 and Storm98 very seldomly from the computer lab at the college in the town I grew up in, in eastern Massachusetts. I accessed the TalkCity Chatroom a number of times, as well.

I didn't get online (with AOL) at home [in Massachusetts, too] until Monday, March 1st, 1999.

Dunno about them; but Eric (Skywatch_NC) is OK; I saw him posting at Colin's board earlier today. He said his dad was ill and that he was away for an extended Thanksgiving vacation. :)

Maybe someone should check on weatherwunder. He last posted on 9/22 shortly after having a heart stent, and his weatherstation last updated on 10/10. http://weatherwunder.tripod.com/wx.htm
