Well, it's been a rather dramatic day. :bad-words: Tempers flare, opinions fly, and now it's time to relax your mind and body. :lilangel:

Now let's focus on our breathing. Ahhhhhhhh what a healing deep breath. Deep breathing diminishes that stress. Ahhhhhhhhhh focus on the breath. It will relax all those analytical minds. It will heal you physically and emotionally. It will let your soul speak.

Ok, I feel better - How about you? :Partytime:
