I put June 11-20th, which is when the MJO will pass through the Caribbean and have a chance of sparking some TC development.

Sometime in June, thinking 3rd week, but keep an eye on the Bahamas. The decaying front is causing showers and thunderstorms. Low chance but something brewing there isn’t out of the question.

I am hoping for this as well with lots of shear and dry air to kill the storms that do form this year. Sadly, I voted June 11-20 because most indications are not towards a quieter season right now. Hopefully they are wrong! We need a break.

The 73% that predicted June 11-20 were right...but it wasn't in the Caribbean or Gulf!
