JCT yes the highs will be low but the night time temps will be held up because of winds and i do feel cloudcover will also play a roll if all fails i tell you this through years of seing these types of events clouds somehow find a way to form or roll in. So dont hold onto the low 20's for you maybe mid to upper 20's and upper 20's to the low 30's for lows for Philly and the subs.

Maybe, LMolineux. I am thinking that the skies will clear by Saturday evening and also the winds will die down. If that happens, low 20's in my backyard is likely by early Sunday morning. Otherwise, no lower than the mid 20's.

1.5 inches of nice rain here some ponding on the roadways occured but no major flooding but if this warm wet period of weather pattern keeps on going then we got problems.
