This is a very important catch; he is one of the "planners" of the WTC and USS Cole attacks. We're very close to the 'big fish' himself - - bin Laden.

Will this big fish arrest lead to the biggest of all the fishes?

Well I think that this guy can say where Osama is but a clue of where Osama may be is in the arrest place made to this guy and that was in Islamabad.

The FBI is doing a great job out there - kudos to them. They're willing to pay big bucks for correct information. One doesn' t need 'all the fishes' as you suggest but the top guys who continue to spread their hatred and terrorist violence throughout the world. Pakistan President Gen. Pervez Musharraf has his hands full and should also be commended for his great cooperation.

As long as we stay focused, we will dismantel Osama Bin Ladens organization one by one. Just like the Israeli's eventually killed all of the terrorists that were involved in the Munich Olympics massacre. They are hiding but sooner or later they will surface and we will get them. Patience and perseverance is the key.

Khalid Muhammad should be brought back to the US and face a military tribunal. Execution should follow opening statements!

I hope that when they interrogate him he talks about where Osama Bin Laden may be.

I'm in a contrary mood today. We caught this guy. It hurts them, but not that much. Their movement is about ideals, not personalities. More leaders will rise up. There's got to be more to this war. We have to show that our ideas are better, not just that we have better weapons.

He will not be extradited to the US

#12 Postby cycloneye » Sat Mar 01, 2003 4:52 pm

The latest is that he will not be extradited to the US they will decide if he will go to a military tribunal or to a civilian court. He will be interrogated in an undisclosed location.

In my opinion he must go to a military tribunal and face the maximun sentence life in prison or death.

The reaction from Condolezza Rice who is at camp david with Bush is that this is a big (WHALE) arrest instead of a fish. :D

Thank you Pakistan! That is great news!

Luis - that will just give al-Qaida more of a reason to do so, but they would've attacked anyway.

Bait & Chum?? LOL!

Show who? Al Qaeda? Captain Insaneo? Look these countries have been instructing their youth in schools to hate Americans and Israel. They have been fighting with the Jews for over 2000 years. No one is going to pop in during 2003 and 'show them that our ideas are better." This hatred in ingrained in them from birth - remember last year's photo of the little baby with the bullets slung across his little chest and a gun? Come on, we're not going to meet them at Starbucks over a mocha grande and walk out good buds.
