I was joking but none the less NCEP has gotten better but now with the changes in the pattern i am not sure it has adjusted to the new pattern change.

i know you were joking...i was just elaborating further on it.

NCEP has gotten much better with NWP output. but it still could use very much improvement.

i was hoping when they merged the paralell runs of the AVN and MRF to form the GFS that most of these issued would be worked out concerning model biases. though at least for now there hasent been much improvement.

Its all in the initialization of the UNIT imo as they say you put crap in you get crap out ordeal. It comes down to that human error. Then the computer goes on the Human error and it doesnt know the difference because it is told what to do and with that data it has you know. It is the all to common problem of human error.
