Special tropical disturbance statement=Development unlikely

This statement from TPC was issued at 2:00 PM EST on tuesday the 4th.The window is closed for development of this low that still is exposed but expect rain and some gusty winds that will arrive at Louisiana and the pannhandle of Florida.

Bad news

That's bad news because if the NHC says it won't develop than more likely than not it probably now will look out LA. coastline,LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like we have another low that developed under the earlier convection well to the east of the main low.

IMO its to late and to far west to worry about it dev. or gettign anywhere but with the weather you just never know for sure it could sneak up on us all and make a quick dev.
