50's and 60's? That's a heat wave here! LOL Our normal temp is supposed to be in the 50's, but we haven't seen much of that in the last month or so, it is either wayyyy under, or way over!! (But the over part has only happened two or three times)

Friday's forecasted high here is a nippy 36°F!!

It got down to 47° the other night, a bit early for that IMO. Last night we hit 49° and it is only 58° right now. :o

Well it's about time the cooler weather finally got here, the past few weeks have been a real bummer with temp's reading in the mid to upper 80's. Last year at this time we were in the 50's for high's and it had been that way for a week or so.

I have been reading allot on what this winter will hold for the nation as a whole, but what I haven't read was anything on the possibility of a eastern blocking ridge setting up due to the number of alantic hurricanes that moved north toward Iceland and Nova Scotia bringing allot of warm water to that region. The water temp around there is still fairly warm and could influence the atmosphear above it. if that were to happen that would force more of the artic fronts south through the center of the country.

Does any of this make since to anyone else??

Kennedale is just south of Fort Worth about 17 miles and north of Mansfield , it's a small country town of about 5200 people. Home of Cowtown and Kennedale speedway (Dirt tracks).

Thanks for the BIG welcome 8-)
