The 2003 season had it's chances to see Odette
There were 2 chances to see Odette forming first in the SW caribbean if all remember a couple of weeks ago there was the believe that a tropical system would form but the low pressure went into the EPAC and story over. And the other chance was this atlantic low but never gained tropical caracteristics. So the 2003 season is over or still we can see something form in this month? That area in the caribbeansouth of Hispanola and Puerto Rico has unfavorable conditions as winds of 40-50 kts aloft are blowing those cloud tops so nothing will come out of that area unless the trough goes away.
