I mean if the Euro is showing 940 landfall... It could very well be sub 920s.
Also Cycloneye and chaser1, we should give folks a 12 more hours to vote and then lock it up so people can't cheat in 24 hours

I've gotta admit, I originally thought we'd be seeing Laura in a RI trend by now. It's structure is certainly improving but so far not close to the pace where I'd still expect to see prior low-ball HWRF forecast pressures verify.

So while Laura is probably going to get more intense than my guess, and already beat my 120kts, I said 937mb during Advisory #28 period. We’re currently in the advisory #28 period and the update from NHC has the pressure at 937mb, so I nailed that and I’m feeling real good about that forecast, even if I end up being off on peak intensity.
I’m taking the win because I don’t get them often in my amateur forecasting.
